Questions about Nexa.

Straight answers about AI-native ERP, Nexa AI and how Nexa works.

What is AI-native ERP?

AI-native ERP is enterprise resource planning software in which artificial intelligence is built into the core platform rather than added later as a separate tool. The AI works directly with the ERP’s connected finance and operations data, so people can ask questions, get explanations and receive recommendations inside their everyday workflows.

How does Nexa differ from traditional ERP?

Traditional ERP systems record transactions and rely on reports, exports and manual analysis to explain what is happening. Nexa connects finance and operations in one platform with AI embedded directly in the ERP, supported by a locally hosted large language model (LLM) that you can question in plain English. It explains why figures have moved and suggests next steps for your team to review.

What does Nexa AI do?

Nexa’s AI is embedded directly within the ERP system and works with the business data held in Nexa. You ask a question in plain English and it answers using your own business data, explains why the numbers moved, flags issues before they escalate and suggests next actions that your team approves, edits or rejects. Actions proposed by AI are carried out only after a user approves them.
